I ordered one 10 foot dog show lead & leather conditioner in Feb., for which my credit card was immediately charged. I spoke to Karen, explaining what I needed & that I needed the leash for shows April 23rd weekend.

A three weeks before the shows I started calling & leaving messages. Finally Karen answered the phone & advised that she had "just printed the label". The shows came & went & no product received! I left numerous messages...none returned!

Finally in beginning of May Karen answered the phone & said she shipped leash on Saturday...two weeks after she "printed the label"!!! Called numerous times after a week & no leash. Finally received email the USPS was unable to trace package & replacement leash was shipped. Leash received yesterday, May 13.

Not what I explained I needed. Other product not received.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "company"!!! They have no clue what customer service means!!!!

Monetary Loss: $117.
